Absolutely!

BBQs are available for your use. They are stored in the BBQ shelter near the car park area. You will need to provide our own charcoal which can be purchased locally from Boscastle Stores or Boscastle Spar.

Indeed there are.

The chickens are located on the grassed area opposite East and West Park on the lane into Cargurra. They are housed in chicken coops to keep them safe from foxes and excitable dogs. You’re really welcome to collect your own eggs for breakfast. They can be found in the nest box which is in the large green box and accessed by a side door. Please make sure the doors are closed for the hen’s safety and remember the eggs are for all the guests staying with us so please be considerate of this.

A bag of logs, kindling and fire lighters are provided. Additional logs and kindling can be purchased from Amy at £4 a bag or bought locally.

We provide two double-length rolls of environmentally friendly, sustainable toilet rolls.

Hand soap is provided in each bathroom. A hairdryer is provided for each cottage. These are usually found in one of the bedroom drawers.

Each cottage is stocked with toilet cleaner and bathroom spray and an anti bacterial spray.

A complimentary cream tea/coffee/hot chocolate is left for your arrival along with one litre of milk, clotted cream and jam. A proper Cornish welcome.

All the bed linen is provided along with two towels per person, a hand towel and a bath towel.

There is a laundry room with washing machines and a tumble dryer for guest to use free of charge. These are located in the games room, opposite the cottages.

Each cottage has high-chairs, stair gates and children’s cutlery and crockery as standard. Travel cots, with a mattress and base sheet, can be added on request. The games room is all free to use with a pool table, ping-pong, darts, table football along with toys and games for younger children. We also have an extensive DVD library. Outside, there is a large garden with play equipment, ideal for under 8s.

Dogs or other pets are welcome at Cargurra Park Farm. Pets are charged at £20 per pet, per week. We ask that pets are not left unattended in the cottage unless they are in a crate. If this is a problem a crate can be provided, free of charge. Just let us know.
